A press release from the Minnesota Nurses Association (MNA) announced that a Gallup Honesty and Ethics poll named nurses as the most honest and ethical profession for the 23rd year in a row.
In the poll 76% of U.S. adults said nurses have "high" or "very high" honesty and ethical standards, far outpacing the 22 other professions measured.
